Who is the mysterious character known as Lou Siffer?

He appears in different guises throughout Sunset Cove - sometimes as the marketing director of the popular clothing giant, Rebelz schoolwear, but other times as the weatherman or newsreader on the television, even a lawyer.

Lou Siffer is always in love with money and will do whatever he can to make a profit and acquire dollars.

Does he have a different agenda beyond merely acquiring money? What impact might his activities have on the residents of Sunset Cove - and the world as a whole...?
